Lusaka: Dormitory Construction

A team that came together from all parts of Canada and bonded very quickly to do amazing work at the Lazarus Project. Members ranged in ages from 22 to 75 and represented eleven churches. The new dormitory occupied most of the team's efforts and was completed. A group of former street boys that are now part of the Project formed a choir under the leadership of Shawna and performed for a group of street boys and in church. The women shared testimony and crafts with Zambian women including corsage making by Irma. Sabrina taught in the Project school assisted by Olivia. Highlights included a trip to Victoria Falls, shopping in the market and baptism of Dave and Randy in the Zambezi River.
